Bio

Chris is an experienced Exco representative and Operations Managing Director, with a 27 year career in Banking and Finance. Chris has held senior global functional and regional roles at HSBC, UBS and JPMorgan, leading large teams of up to 2,500. Chris has lived and worked in four different countries. The diverse mix of the UK, India, Dubai, and Malaysia enabled him to gain unique insights to Global, Regional and Local teams and talent.

Chris has expertise and thought leadership in Cultural Transformation, creating people programmes with global adoption - resulting in diverse senior leadership and leading scores for engagement and inclusion.
